I can’t recommend “free” grocery coupons, but if you have internet access, feed a family of four and can maintain a pretty good organization of coupons, usually found in the newspapers on Sunday, then I suggest thegrocerygame.com

Depending on where you live, the Kroger store chain has a website where you can print your local store’s specials and coupons. The coupons.com site is good too. I’ve used both the store ones and the generic ones from coupons.com and they both work great.

I am not fully aware of all the different stores in Las Vegas. I believe you have a Albertsons and Safeway, BOTH which double coupons. Especially Albertsons. Albertsons is one of the better stores to coupon at. They have coupon doublers come out in the Sunday inserts pretty frequently and you can also ask at the service desk to get a copy of their doublers. They will double the value of any manufacturers coupon up to .00 which is really good.
