need to save the scratch. My dollar does not feed a family of 4 any more.
Canadian grocery stores should accept this. I live in Canada and not the states. I don’t shop online and no I will not visit the food bank. Superstore or safeway is where I shop.

Hi Ron,
I did some research for you specifically for Canadian coupons. I found one site that had Canadian coupons. They also have United States coupons, but there is a place for Canadians to click to get Canadian coupons.
I never realized you couldn’t use United States coupons in Canada, you learn something new everyday! I will provide the link, so if you are still looking you can print them out.
I love coupons too, I won’t buy anything without one.

Try the websites for your local grocery stores … they usually have printable coupons
I don’t know about Canada, but in the states they include a section or two in the Sunday paper with coupons and oftentimes the coupons go along with the weekly sales and many stores do offer double coupons whereby they double the amount on the coupon and you can end up getting some items free buying on sale with coupons;
the coupons will cover for the price of the newspaper when you redeem them
Here try this site for Canadian free stuff and coupons. The food freebies link has a lot of restaurant coupons. They update all the time with the current promotions that are out there.
