I would like to go to one stop site to get all kinds of grocery coupons without getting a virus or lots of spam
Chosen Answer:
Best way to avoid a virus is:
1. avoid coupon sites that require you to download software (e.g. print software for coupons)
2. Anti-Virus software.
I personally always avoid coupon sites that required you to download software, however I know other that use them without problems. Just my preference as there are enough sites out there where you can print coupons without software or alternative you can have them mailed to you.

ther is a sample site called http://www.usefulsamples.com or http://www.halfoffplus.com i know the guys who run these site and believe me they are to dumb to make a virus
There are some good ones, but like you said, most require your email and will send a lot of spam. If you want to try some that need your email address to access the coupons, then you can set up a temporary email address at places like mailinator.com.
Here are some that I use often. They are safe. You can check for local coupons using your zip code.
coupons.com
valpak.com
Hi Cari,
You should try these legit coupon sites, what I like most is there is no need to register or give them your email address:
http://www.FoodCouponsDirect.com
http://www.AllFoodCoupons.com
http://www.Coupons.info
Hope this helps!
