I’ve been turned on to couponing recently, and absolutely love the idea of saving money through coupons. But all of the videos I watch on youtube are of these women and families shopping at stores that double coupons. I’ve called Rainbow and Cub foods and neither double coupons, are there any other grocers in the metro area of Minnesota that double coupons?
Rainbow does do double coupons on Wednesdays, BUT some stores don’t participate in the double couponing…call around to several stores in your area to find one that does do it…it’s up to the manager of the individual store. The Savage store (Co. Rd. 42) does participate (or at least they did several months ago).
Coborn’s doubles on Mondays (up to 50 cents)..Glencoe’s doubles every day. Again, I’d call the stores near you for the store’s policy.
One thing about Cub: They DO accept recently expired coupons (they’ll take them up to 90 days after they expire)…this is great for people like me who often have coupons in the purse that expired just days ago.
While Target does not double coupons, they will allow you to use a manufacturer coupon (internet or Sunday Circular) with a store coupon.
Please can I get an up to date answer. A lot of Web information is old. Thanks I am in the Baton Rouge Area.
I’m in BR also and there is one store that 3 months ago was doing doubles on Thursdays, Matherns on Highland Rd.
For one of the poorest states in the country you would think the grocery stores would try to help out this area.
I depend on matchup, stacking at Target and CVS to get most of what we need. Like you up to date info is hard to find.
Where can I print a lot of grocery coupons without having to sign up for anything or complete any kind of offers? Thanks!
Well, I don’t know of any places off the top of my head that offer free coupons without the exchange of something in return.
But, here’s one site that I found that offers worth of coupons for free.
They offer free grocery coupons in exchange for your time in taking a 5 min. survey about their products. This site simply is doing research by people who use their products and then they will reward you for your time.
